Q) Will my carpets get dirty quicker after they have been cleaned?
A) No. Most carpet cleaners use soap based chemicals to clean which attracts dirt, we at 100% do not use soap detergents, what's more we always use a conditioner to close the fibers back up leaving your carpet in its original state at no extra cost. We can also supply stainguard for added protection.

Q) How long will it take to dry?
A) We have exceptionally quick drying times on average 30 min.

Q) Do I have to empty the room before you arrive?
A) No. It would be helpful if you could move any small items (i.e. coffee tables, magazine racks, etc) we will do the rest.

Q) Can I get a quote over the phone?
A) Yes. Most quotes are over the phone, the price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras (we do not add extra for spillage or stain removal).

Q) What can I do to keep my carpet clean?

Q) Can I clean my own carpets?
A) It is very dangerous to clean a whole carpet using household products, these chemicals can cause more damage to the carpet than if you were to leave it dirty, on the other hand stains sometimes can be removed, please see our D.I.Y. page.

Q) Will steam cleaning damage my carpet?
A) No! Even though we use 110° on most carpets we do not overexpose the carpet for a long period of time, avoiding damage caused high temperatures, when cleaning delicate items a reduced temperature is used along with air moving fans that reduce dampness.

Q) What type of experience do you have?
A) We have been cleaning carpets and upholstery for over 17 years, during this time we have cleaned in excess of 10,000 carpets with only one complaint (a stain that surfaced in the morning, we responded immediately and had the stain removed strait away).
